• We are not responsible for any unsatisfactory element of the finished rigging if no feedback was given to amend it.

Revisions process FOR RIGGING

This section applies for Rigging• After we are done with the completed rigging, we will send the file for you to review. Please make sure to be available to provide feedback during this time.
• We will allow you a time period of two weeks to write a list with revisions for us to review and discuss with you.
• After approximately one week we will update you with the revisions given, you then will have another week to write a second list with revision requests.
• The cycle repeats and we reserve a minimum of one week to implement said changes.
• Please keep in mind that after X amount of revisions or a time frame of Y weeks, we will either charge or deny the request for any further changes.
The amount of revisions a rigger accepts depends on each individual and is discussed in the revision phase, the same goes for the timeframe.
❈ Please note that the revisions will be discussed with us and only implemented when reasonable. We will not implement unreasonable physics changes if they are not meant to happen for example stylistic effect. (Example Balloon head).
We will not implement physics on body parts that make no sense for said body part etc.

- frequently asked questions -

BEFORE INQUIRING: - How do I inquire, what do I need to send?

Before inquiring, please first check in with us, if we are currently accepting commissions! It can be found in our Twitter Bio.
Be upfront with what you are looking for, please don't just ask if you could commission us, please be specific with what you'd like to commission us for, i.e. rig, model and rig, or custom model and rig, illustration, animation, etc, as this helps a lot to determine if we have slots available for your initial request! We got many inquiries where it went back and forth before the customer mentioned what they wanted specifically and we unfortunately had to decline due to no open available slots. To avoid such a situation please make sure to be as detailed as possible with your initial email or DM to us! We appreciate it a lot!
FOR RIGGING:
Make sure to have your PSD ready for review, we can only give a proper price and TAT quote for finished PSDs, as well as a cutting revision list. Please be very precise with what you are looking for in a Rig, we appreciate references and a toggle list.
FOR MODEL ART:
It depends if you already have a pre-existing design you'd like to turn into a Model or if you want us to design one from scratch.
For pre-existing designs; please include a proper reference with all the details you'd like in a model as well as a list of toggles and proper references for said toggles you would like included to ensure the most accuracy. For custom designs: - We require you to have a proper list of references for the design present in order to be able to start working with you properly. This includes hairstyles, eye color(s), details, clothes etc. Please be as accurate as possible with your descriptions and reference images. Please check with us if your desired artist is available.

I would like to choose [Name] as a rigger for my Model, how do I go about it?

We actually operate on a “no choosing” policy, to ensure a non-competitive, friendly work environment where we can help each other out whenever needed. We would also like to make sure that the workload is equally distributed, so as to not overwork one rigger while another is left without a project.

However, you can rest assured, that we only choose the best rigger for the Job. We will not assign an inexperienced rigger to a high-end project, and for example, if someone cannot rig wings, we will not assign a model with wings to said person. Once a rigger has been assigned to you, you will, of course, be made aware of who will be in charge of your Model before we proceed. So please trust us to choose the best person available, if we cannot guarantee the best outcome we will decline the project as we value quality the most. All the rigs will be overseen by RotusLotus aka Kim regardless.

How does the process work?

You inquire with us and let us know as much information as you can, tell us your model artist, when the PSD is done - if not done already - how many toggles you'd like and what toggles they are, your schedule and deadline etc..We will then check for availability and choose the perfect person for the job, report back to you and discuss payment details. Once that is done, we will send out an invoice and start the project. (Please refer to our ToS for details)Afterwards, we will either be in close communication with you and the artist or with you only, if you happen to be the artist, and go back and forth over the model and check if it needs additional resources for better/smoother movements. After the rigger finishes the first draft, the VTS file will be send to you/the client, and we take your feedback on it. Once we receive the feedback, we will work on it until both parties are satisfied.Once that is done, and the model is completed, we request the remaining payment if not paid upfront. After that step is done, we send over the VTS file and calibrate it with you in a call or text, whatever you prefer (though we do recommend calls), to ensure that the rigging can be displayed as perfectly as possible with your face, as VTS settings are crucial to show the quality of the rigging. No matter how good the rigging is, if the VTS settings aren't done accordingly, it can heavily impact the final result, so we take this step very seriously.Sidenote:
Rigging will usually only be started after receiving 50% of the invoice. After 100% of the invoice has been paid by you, we will send you the final draft.

I would like to commission you but I don't have a Model yet, what could I do to save a spot?

Usually, we recommend you inquire with us as soon as you have your model, or as soon as you know your model is 99% done and we can start working on it soon. However, if that is not the case, we recommend you contact us with our contact form instead of our commission form, so we can discuss details better. We do not offer to save spots as our current demand does not allow us to hold open spots for a while, but we might implement something in the future if the demand for that is getting too much.

My Model isn't cut correctly, do you offer in-house cutting?

Yes, we do! Please check in with us, as it depends on each model if we are able to accurately cut said model, but we usually offer in-house cutting for an additional fee. However, please note these are merely revisions. We will not cut a mere PNG for you into a complete model.

Do you offer Payment Plans?

If your Model quote exceeds a certain amount, we do, in fact, offer payment plans. This will be discussed individually, more about the payment process will be found in our Terms of Service.

Do you do VBridger and/or Handtracking?

This highly depends on each Model if we are able to implement Hand tracking or not, and how the Hands are cut. We do not currently offer Hand rotation.Yes, we do offer Vbridger now!

Do you offer Model Art?

Yes, we do now offer that service! Please head over to our Commission section and check out our [Rig + Art bundle] for more information.

do you offer overlays/logos?

Yes, we do now offer that service! Please head over to our Commission section for more information about the services we offer.

I was interested in a VTUBER DEBUT service but could not find it on the website, I do, however, believe you guys could make it work, what do I do?

We are very happy to discuss other types of projects and see whether or not we will be able to help and accommodate to your request. Please kindly drop us a message so we can check if we perhaps can work something out and help you letting your vision come to life!(Example: Lore Videos, Script/Lore Writing, Ref-sheet Graphics etc)

My question isn't in the FAQ where can I ask?
